Revised Health & Welfare Summary Plan Description A revised Summary Plan Description is now available online. New Summary Plan Description booklets are being mailed to all eligible participants. If you do not receive your copy in the mail by January 31, 2007, please contact the Fund office for information on how to receive your copy. This booklet has been revised for 2007 and contains important information on medical and dental benefits of the Plan.

H & W Reminders If your child has reached the age of 19 and is a full-time student, remember to provide the Fund office with verification of student status from the college. Also remember to notify the Plan Office if you have any change in your marital status, home address, or become eligible for Medicare.
